1. Service Description & AI Disclaimer

Innie provides an AI-powered visualization tool for interior design. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Generative Nature: The designs are generated by artificial intelligence. They are visual simulations and may not be structurally or physically 100% accurate.
• Measurements are Estimates: Any dimensions or scales implied in the images are estimates. You must verify actual room measurements and product dimensions before making any purchases.
• Product Availability: We link to third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon). We cannot guarantee that specific items shown in AI generations will be in stock or exactly match the visual representation.

2. User Content & Licensing

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload to Innie. However, to provide the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of generating your designs.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the photos you upload.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or sexually explicit.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or scrape our data.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Innie participates in affiliate marketing programs. We may earn a commission on purchases made through links to third-party retailer sites (such as Amazon) found in our design results. This comes at no extra cost to you and helps support our free tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of products purchased from third-party retailers linked in our designs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
