AI outputs are guidance

Design outputs are visual planning tools, not structural, engineering, or contractor-grade instructions.

You keep ownership

You keep ownership of your uploads, while granting the limited rights needed for us to process them inside the service.

Third-party limits apply

Retailer inventory, shipping, delivery, and exact product matches are controlled by the external stores you purchase from.

Service scope

Innie provides AI-assisted interior design visualization, room planning, and product discovery tools. Outputs are intended to help you compare directions and make better decisions before purchasing or changing a space.

They should not be treated as professional architectural, structural, engineering, or construction instructions. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, fit, code requirements, and purchase details before acting on any output.

User uploads and rights

You retain ownership of the room photos and other content you upload.
You grant Innie a limited, non-exclusive right to process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate the service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and use the content you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the service.
Do not use the product in a way that violates the rights or privacy of others.

Retailer links and affiliate disclosure

Some results may link to third-party retailers or marketplaces. Those stores control inventory, pricing, fulfillment, returns, and product detail accuracy.

Innie may earn affiliate revenue from some outbound purchase links. That does not increase the price you pay, and it helps support the product and public tools.

Liability and account controls

To the extent permitted by law, Innie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses tied to product purchases, design decisions, or third-party retailer outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access would create risk to the platform, other users, or our providers.
